What do I do next ?

I have 2 questions.
 
 1. What do I do next because I've beat hoho and bought all the
 Friend areas but I can't do anything else?
 
 2.Does anyone know any good ways of recruting legendarys because I've tryed loads of times with the freind bow and all I have is a Moltres and latios and latias?

Answer to q1: get friend area southern island and make shore you have not said farewell to you're starters and then do 1 dungeon then it will come next morning and follow you're partner.

Answer to q2: zapdos and the others apart from groudon and rayquaza are easy! Just go to summery and see Pokemon size. They will only recruit to you're team if you're size of you're team adds up to two. Battle them without onix stellix or any lgendarys ... Simple!

well if you have silver trench you have to recruit lugia go to sleep next day xatu will be outsid the blastoise comes up and says he has seen a alein because it dont look like a pokemon the you get meteor cave then you must kill a deoxys on every floor to unlock the stairs then when you get 2 lvl 20 you face a proper deoxys

Trust me I've beat this part of the game

First recruit all the legendary birds such as Zapdos,Articuno,and Moltres.

Next after you've recruited them go to poke'mon square talk to Alakazam.

Then he'll tell you to talk to the legendary birds then they'll give you the vortex stone and tell you to go to silver trench

There is a hundred floors the last floor Lugia is on it
