You mean the dojo south of the main square? That opens up after you complete the fugitive part of the game, after you beat moltres in Mt.blaze, articuno in Frosty Forest, and talk to Nine Tales in Mt.Freeze. Then you can go to the dojo. But unlocking all dungeons, get EVERY friend area you can in the beginning of the game, that unlocks a few, and after the main storyline (Beating rayquaza in Sky Tower) you can buy more friend areas for more dungeons, I suggest you get the ancient chambers AN and O? First, enables you to go get unknowns as partners. There are 4 dungeons you can not get with friend area's. You need wonder mail codes to get rescue jobs to unlock them. Just go to google and type in "Pokemon mystery dungeon blue dungeon wonder mail" and click the first few ones that pop up. Hope this helped more than confused.
