How do you get kyogre's friend area wigglytuff wont give it to me! Can somone please help?

You need to get Kyogre as a friend, just beat him until he joins, and you will get his friend area, and Kyogre himself.

You get the friend area AFTER Kyogre joins your team.

after kyogre joins the team remember kyogre has a 50 percent to join

unlike you, i didn't have anyone telling me, so i was just bummed that id never get the friend area, so i was winging it, going thru dungeon after dungeon and friending the leaders there, the first i beat that i didn't have the area was the fiery one that i just had a brain fart....i wanna say raiku but thats the ok i remember entei. i beat him and all of a sudden he wanted to join, THEN i got the friend area, so i've pretty much been doing that the whole time, the only ones i cant get are groudon, rayquaza, and deoxys. but yea i was pretty proud no one told me i just figured it out on my own. just go and beat them, most of them will join right away the first time.
