On a video I watched they said that there was a cheat on action replay or game shark for a starter that was jirachi can anyone get me this code?

I watched like 20 of those "jirachi starter" videos. They're not real! I did everything that every video said and it didn't work! Some of them even said ON the vidoe it wasn't real.
