There is no wonder mail for peeled chestnuts dude, just go to uproar forest, look all over the 8'th and 9'th floors, thats where regular chestnuts are. After you return to base, talk to the mankeys and just give them the chestnut, the game says you take the skin off and hand them a chest nut. Get two tho, then you're base is finished.
