Can you recruit celebi without having to go through Purity Forest? Also is there any cheats, (no actoin replay or game shark cheats) walkthroughs, wonder mail codes hints ect. So that you don't have to enter purityforest at level 1?

Yes, you do have to go through Purity Forest, I think. The great thing is, Celebi just joins. No battle. It just asks, so make sure to say "Yes".
