I've done Mt. Faraway 3 times now. I've gotten the friend area to recruit Ho-oh. He has a 99.9 percent recruit chance. I'm level 72 so it should be an instant recruit on Ho-oh the 2nd time and he didn't do it 2nd or 3rd time. Please help.

Well if this happens at any given time,you seem to be missing an item. You must have a Key and go to the thirtieth floor and use the Key there. You will find an item called the Friend Bow. You must equip it to the Leader and make sure it's at a high level. The higher the level,the easier to recruit. Hope this helps you out.

Don't worry, I'm just kidding. You will eventually recruit, so don't worry about percents. It's a matter of chance. You will get him once you fight him a couple of times.
you need to have a team total size of 2. have 1 or 2 pokemon with you that are higher than level 60. when you selesct summary to look at your pokemons stats, on the last page you'll se a word that says size and next to it is an amonut of stars. 1 star = 1 size, ect

maybe you where using a 3-4 size pokemon [the size are the stars on the last page on the summary of the pokemon
