How do you recrute Moltres I tried 20 times and I still couldn't recrute him is there any Action replay code that instantly recruts Pokemon after defeating them

The problem is you can not recruit any legendarys during the main storyline. Don't just waste hours trying to recruit them. And sorry I have no idea how to even make new AR codes so sorry. PS: The main storyline is finished after Rayquaza is defeated. Hope this helps and happy gaming
