Head back to Solar Cave, and you will find a variety of Hidden Machines(HMs) locked in chambers. You will need keys in order to open them. Keys can also be found in Solar Cave. Good luck.

Dive can be found on 10F Solar Cave. Key and Pokemon can walk on water needed.
In Solar Cave, you can also find Waterfall on 15F (Key needed) and Surf on 20F (Pokemon can walk on water needed).
It doesn't hurt to go get the item when you lost it. You get some Exp. And possibly some Keys, which will be helpful, after all.
