Well the first thing you do is go back and recruit him then go from there also if oyu do a lot of missions you mmay get a hidden assignment and the reward will be statue siting on the right hand side of your club house but I warn you they do get a bit challenging so.... Try to collect them all!

I'm pretty sure you go to MT. Freeze because ekans and gengar tell you this in the Market square, thats where I'm going anyway
