Your guess is as good as mine. I think that dungeon is the special last Lucario mission dungeon, so be prepared for the worst. Even I, the great and mighty jbjbh, have not gotten that far. If you want to go there, you must take on the noble task of recruiting EVERY SINGLE LEGENDARY IN THE GAME, and get to Lucario Rank, which is far easier. After that, you then must complete his special mission within, then beat him and he will join your team. WARNING!!! Lucario is FREAKING LEVEL 100!!! Only challenge him when you are COMPLETELY MAXED OUT, as he will not hold back. Of course, to get this far you would have had to achieved complete pwnage of all the nastiest and most notorious of the dungeons anyway. And forget about Wonder Mailing to get this dungeon; trust me, it doesn't work. I personally recommend getting yourself an Action Replay and get the floor-upper code and the super-level-up cheats to get through the Level 1 dungeons. Or you could formulate a nice starter team, like most who get through them. However, my ARDS broke(damn siblings)and thus, I'm not there just yet. I don't understand you jbjbh but I know that it murky cave has NOTHING to do with ANY lucario! The point with it is just that when you complete it you get a gardevoir on your team!

You have to,first off buy southern island friend area,then you have to recruit and reascue the lati's , after that by whishcash pond medicham and ekans will be talking about wish cave after a few days of them talking and runnuing away a job on the board will say help wish cave you will start off as lvl. One in wish cave, anyway get to B20F and rescue medicham and then and only then ekans and medicham will talk about were is gengar and that triggers it.
I hope this help and how many floors are there I don't know, I know how to get murky cave but I havn't progressed far enough to get there.

I am on murky cave at this second and I think there are 20 floors and then gengar puts the 9 tail crest on the rock and gardevoir appears but I have to say this is hard even with an action replay because genger wont stopdying but I never do as I have a lvl 100 Kyogre with infinite hp and pp.

You guys don't need lv.100 pokemon. Just bring some reviver seeds for gengar since it dies easily. Might want to bring rollcall(or whatever they're called) orbs because there WILL be traps including warps! Just try not to be separated and also beware of monster houses. That is all
