1. What is the best place you get some joy seeds?
2. I'm a shuppet, what level would shuppet evolve to bannete?
3. I can't recruit groudon, rayquaza and kyogre. I am a sceptile with a friend bow. I always go alone on a dungeon. I don't accept other Pokemon on my team. Please tell me why I can't recruit them?

Joy seeds are rare so I wouldn't know, try in a place with grass pokemon.
Look on the pokedex on the website.
Just keep trying, it will take a while to get them, I know.
Bring your partner that you started with and if that doesnt work I don't know
