up 1 floor AR code wont work

I typed in the AR code for the up 1 floor thing but it never works
The code is:

Is this right?

There is no working floor mod code for blue rescue team.

It's not like you stepped on a staircase. Look at the floor level on the top left as you use it. It'll go up every time.
