I can't ever get Mew to join, every time I beat it with my lv 100 swampert, it goes away, is there an easy way to get it?

I'm sorry but there's no sure fire way of getting it. First use a high level Pokemon, (obviously you lv. 100 swampert qualifies) make sure your rank is pretty high (the higher your rescue rank, the more likely Pokemon are to join you) and finally attach the friend bow to you swampert (this can be found on the 30th floor of Mount. Faraway)
