You have to talk 2 shiftry in Pokemon square if you have already gotten the Pokemon news letter about it and talked to lombre. Ya. Talk 2 shiftry. Oh! And you have 2 have the friend area sacred field. Good luck!

You have to clear the Story Sea but you don't have to recruit Lombre then Pelipper will deliver a mail saying the Buried Relic is news in Pokemon Square or something like that then go to Pokemon Square to talk to Shiftry and he'll grant you access to it.
