How do I get the legendaries such as zapdos, articuno, groudon, raquaza, suicune, entei and raikou

You have to wait till you go against them until they join you're team then you get there friend area and yes you can get ho ho and lugia

First you have to get their friend areas. For zapdos, articuno, and moltres you just keep fighting them until they join our team. Unfortunatley, groudin, raquaza, and kyogre have special freind areas that must be aquired through unconventional means i.e. Finishing a mission and getting it as your reward. The problem with suicune, entei, and raikou is that you basicly have to wait until one day a spinda I think comes to you with an item and you have to go on a side quest for awhile and then you can get them plus ho-oh and maybe Lugia, I don't know.

Can you possibly give me the wm for raquaza kyogre and groudons friend areas?

To find Lugia:
1. You have to get Articuno, Moltres, and Zapdos.
2. Then talk to Alakazam at the Pokemon Square.
3. Go to Legendary Island the friend area. (Moltres and Zapdos will fly next to Articuno and combine their powers to give you a Vortex Stone!)
4. Get your Strongest Pokemon and go to the now open Silver Trench!(99 floors).
5. Once you Get to floor 99 send your other Pokemon back and fight! (It should take about 2 tries to befriend him.)
