Wow! Nice moves on meowth....
When you see Articuno, use Shock Wave, because it attacks any foes infront, so it will launch straight to Articuno, then, unless he uses icy Wind, he will go forward, giving you an extra move. Keep using Shock Wave, it's super effective. Also, take many reviver seeds and oran berries, just incase, hoped I helped...

I throw a rock or something first as they are a step from me then they move forward so I use an attack (I suggest linking them, it really does wonders) or a few then they gradually faint.
I hope I help

Your in a tough spot there with Bulbasaur. I suggest shield your Bulbasaur with Meowth and if Meowth is your partner make him only aloud to use shaock wave since that move is super effective.

Wow. You're in a tight spot with your team. Meowth is low leveled and Bulbasaur is bad against ice types. Teach one of them brick break, (I do not know why, but brick break works well against the legendary birds.) and let Meowth use shock wave the whole time unless it learns brick break. Good luck!

I suggest you get a tyrouge or machop and get them to learn low kick, since articuno is size 4 and your Pokemon are size 1, the bigger the opponent, the more damage low kick does. Hope this helped.

Mate you have absolutly no chance with those level pokemon try training them on pokemon in the dungeon before going to fight articuno. I recommend at least level 21 for both of them.

Get at least TWO reviver seeds in your items, and let your Pokemon hold a friend bow. Then go to articuno. Place a reviver seed then move back, articuno will follow and get the reviver seed. Kill him with a move super effective against it and do it many times the until he get revived again. Dont bother doing sentence three again because it wont work. If it doesnt work, still keep your hopes up, BE PATIENT, do it as many time until it joins..

P.S: your Pokemon MUST be level 100

Doods I defeated Articuno first time with moltres taking me about 40 times and Zapdos taking me a couple of time. Anyone you should win with secret power I used that with my Mudkip. Also get a fire type,it super effective does about 70+ damage and get a guy that can use smoke screan. I defeated him with my levels only about lv 20
