To get Celebi you must first gain access Blue Sky Plains. Then you will be able to go to purity forest which is a place that once you enter you are at level 1. First, if you don't have Blue Sky Plains go to your main menue and go to wonder mail. Type in this code: 5?2YQW0??T0Q

To get Celebi, just go up and find yourself (if possible) Pass Scarf, Tight Belt, Frustration, Petrify Orb, Seeds (esp. Warp Seed), Slumber Orb, Slow Orb, Warp Orb for assistance on your way.

You must first get the friend area sky blue plains from a random bulletin board mission then go to purity forest and if possible find your self a lot of food, pass scarfs, tight belt, orbs that affect Pokemon near you and reviver seed and warp seeds and reviver seeds cannot be found you have to buy it from a kecelon shop
