Date of Question: Feb 23 2008 | Question ID: 110886 I've gotten most of the legendaries except Lugia! I haven't even battled him yet! Can anyone tell me when is the first time you battle Lugia? I have Mewtwo and everything, but I can't seem to find Lugia. When can you fight Lugia??? Thank-you for anyone who helps me.

Lugia is on the 99 floor of the silver trench
you can get the regis, but first I think you have to get mew
to get Mew you go to the same place as the regis and once you have the music box just keep on going through the dungeon until you find him
he is can only be found as one of the Pokemon when the level is generated or in a monster house

By the way don't use the music box just deep it in our toolbox
you don't need to buy lugia's friend area you get it when you recruit him he can be recruited on first try unlike most legendaries 99.99% chance of recruiting him

Yo first you need to get all three legendary birds (by battling them until they join your team)
Next go to their friend area and they will give you an item that will let you go to silver trench. Lugia is on the 99th floor

Firstly you can recruit the regis but you need a music box or rock part, ice part, and stell parts for regirok, regice and registeel respectively. For lugiayou will have to go to silver trench I think that lugia's friend area will be given auto matically but you should check with other people just in case

You don't need Mew to get Lugia but you need all three legendarie birds alakazam will be by the place you enter the place to evolve he will say there are disasters go to a bird in the friend area and they give you kind of a orb then you get access to where you fight him
