Ive gotten all the legendaries on my team and beaten Tiny Woods through Remains Island and got Lucario rank and alot of my pokemons are Lv. 100 so what do I do next? Can I get Lucario on my team or not? Oh yeah, I also got Gardevoir on my team. WHATS NEXT?!!!

There's nothing next besides getting all Pokemon, making all of them leader and encounter Munchlax.
You cannot get lucario on your team and you have nothing else to do but wait to encounter munchlax and recruit all the legendaries and make all 386 Pokemon leaders in a dungeon.. There is also quite a lot you should check the adventure log on your main menu
