Hey! I just recently got to Lucario rank, and 3 of my Pokemon are level 100, but I need some help. I want to know where you get the friend area legenday island. Is there a wondermail thing anyone can send me? Or is there a certain mission? Thankyou for anyone who helps me get the friend area, because I want to start recruiting Legendary Pokemon.

All you have to do is try to recruit them. You will gain access to the friend area once they join your rescue team
You can try and check the wiggly tuff shop because you can buy certain friend areas if not you will get it by recruiting Mew and by the way you need to have the music box to recruit mew
You get that friend area once you beat the game and recruit zapdos, articuno, or moltris. The friend area comes free once you recruit any one of them
