Yes after you beat rayquaza and then the next day you wake up and you're friend comes and talks to you then lombre tells you somthings wrong with snubull then after that you might try to go in the cave but it says theres only room for one the go to the place to go to a dungeon thenur friend ask you about the hole party is able to be leader then you go to do the dungeon then give then you apear in you're house and you should be alone and then you can finnaly evolve. Also you might want to be above level 36 to evolve to last evolution but you three forms then 2 times if 2 forms go in once
