Please can you tell me what friend area rayquaza groudon and kyogre come from and easy ways to catch them

You get automaticly their friend area when you recruit them.
You need to be at least level 60 to recruit groudon and rayquaza (their catch rate is -10%, when you are level 60 you get a bonus of 12.5%).
You get automaticly their friend area when you recruit them.
You need to be at least lv 60 with a friend bow to recruit either of them.
They all come with friend area,
Rayquaza + groudon= lvl 60 (12.5% more) and friend bow(10% more) because they are -10%
Kyogre=he already has 50% so it isnt necasary to be lvl 60 but you should have a friend bow because you need to get through a 40 floor dungeon
