Can you help

What can you be in the begining of the game?

Can you become a squirtle? If so what do I awnser to be one?

You (the protagonist) can be one of these 16 Pokemon: Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Treecko, Mudkip, Torchic, Eevee, Cubone, Skitty, Meowth, Psyduck, Pikachu.
The partner can only be one of 9 starters from 3 region in normal game plus Pikachu. And your partner cannot be the same type as yours.
For Squitle, Jolly nature for boy and Relaxed nature for girl. Have a look at the guide (walkthrough section for questions)

You can be either these:
Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Treecko, Mudkip, Torchic, Eevee, Cubone, Skitty, Meowth, Psyduck, Pikachu. You can also check out the guide in the walkthroughs section of the site!
