I have gotten to mt faraway,beaten buried relic,and I have waite at least about 10 days just to get to pitfall valley and I havent heard a big boom in front of my base for latios,what should I do because I'm kinda streesed.please help tnx

You need to have both Friend Area Southern Island AND HM Surf.
HM Surf can be found on 20F Solar Cave, you need a Pokemon that can walk on water.
Just beat the Stormy Sea. (40 floors, level forty-KYOGRE. Dive required.(Lvl. 10 of Solar Cave(Key required)))
