How do I recrute a kecleon

I would like 2 know how 2 recrute a kecleon

Well it depends on luck or get it off jirachi because I am lucario rank (boosts your recruit chane a little) and I used a friend bow(boosts chance by 10.0) and lv 100(recruit chance 24.0) and I beat 52 (counting) and none joined

Since your Pokemon are Lv100, you only need to give your leader Friend Bow. After that, you have the chance of 0.1% of getting it to join. That's mean 1 out of 1000 chance. It totally base on your luck. I have to try lots of time before getting one.
Or use Jirachi last wish, but it won't guarantee a success either.

Actually you must bring a Pokemon that has a ability clear body to prevent for lowing the stats and also like the once say it has 1 out of 1000 chance can you get a one and must 100 your Pokemon to add little advantage on it I have get a 1 but the others kill it so I get badluck well I hope that I helped

First rob a shop in a dugeon then keep killing the Kecleon I had to try 3 times beating 200 kecleon before I got Kelceon lives in the Overgrown Forest.

I can't seem to get one either... I keep finding them and then fighting them with all the requirements but they never seem to join!
