Differences...

Date of Question: Apr 21 2008 | Question ID: 116117

Which Pokemon are specifically for which game?
Also, whats the reason behind everyone getting time over darkness? Is there some kind of specialty in/to time that makes it better?

actionreplaymaster

K, these are the Differences:

For Time the Exclusives are:

Mewtwo
Burmy
Buneary
Loppunny
Rotom

For Darkness the Exclusives are:

Celebi
Combee
Pachirisu
Riolu
Lucario

The only reason I can think of is a different end-story Legend. Though all of them (except Mewtwo and Celebi, as they are completely exclusive) can be obtained in the game, I don't see much beyond that. Darkrai is both, Dialga and Palkia (along with all the others but Arceus and Shaymin) are both. I guess it just comes down to personal prefrence.

pokemario

The last person to answer (actionreplaymaster) was wrong. He/she got the time-exclusive Pokemon and darkness-exclusive Pokemon mixed up. In time you get celebi, pachirisu, combee, riolu, lucario, and he/she forgot butterfree. In darkness you get mewtwo, rotom, buneary (lopunny doesn't appear in dungeons), burmy, and he/she forgot beedrill. Also, celebi is easier to recruit than mewtwo, and pachirisu is easier to recruit than rotom.
