Bugsy is not in the gym!! Heartgold, help!!!
I recently purchased a game from a retail video game store. Apparently the previous owner managed to get a level 2 ryperior. Despite knowing it's impossible I decided to continue playing anyways. Well I've reached the point where I need to fight the second gym and, Bugsy is nowhere to be found!!!! I've beat team rocket and my rival. I've also saved the farfetched in the forest. Am I missing something?
