Can anyone give me the list of all legendary Pokemon in this game , and how to catch them and where .

For some reason, when I answered this question on the 27th, I thought I was answering a question for Black 2. I have no idea why.
For HeartGold:
Lugia is in the Whirl Islands (Silver Wing required)
Ho-oh is in the Bell Tower (part of the storyline, you cannot fight Ho-oh early)
Suicune appears in the Burned Tower, THEN Cianwood City, THEN Route 42, THEN Vermillion, THEN Route 14, finally, you can battle Suicune on Route 25
After obtaining all 16 badges:
1 - Articuno is in the Seafoam Islands
2 - Zapdos is outside the Power Plant
3 - Moltres is in the Silver Cave
4 - Mewtwo is in the Cerulean Cave
Kyogre is in the Embedded Tower (after obtaining the Blue Orb)
Raquaza is in the Embedded Tower (after obtaining the Jade Orb)
Entei roams Johto after you see it in the Burned Tower.
Raikou roams Johto after you see it in the Burned Tower.
Latias roams Kanto after you first exit the Pokemon Fan Club in Vermillion.
The following Pokemon require long past events:
Latios appears in Pewter if you have an Enigma Stone
Dialga/Palkia/Giratina (ONLY one) will be created at the Shinjoh Ruins if you have a 12th movie event Arceus
All other legendaries require trade or migration. NO fifth generation legendary (or other Pokemon) is obtainable in HeartGold (even with hacking).

Okay here they are Arceus, ho-oh, latios, shaymin, Lugia, darkrai, manaphy, phione, raikou, latias, suicune, and plus entei, articouno, moltres, shiny arceus lv.100, zapdos, and lastly a lv.100 celebi.

Only one of these pokemon is found in Black 2.Guest answered:
Cobalion is found on Route 13.
Virizion is found on Route 11.
Terrakion is found on Route 22.
Zekrom is found in the Dragonspiral Tower (Reshiram in White 2).
Kyurem is found in the Giant Chasm.
Latios is found in the Dreamyard (Latias in White 2).
After visiting the Cave of Being:
1 Uxie is found in the Nacrene Museum.
2 Mesprit is found in the Celestial Tower.
3 Azelf is found on Route 23.
Regirock is found in the Underground Ruins.
Registeel is found in the Underground Ruins (Requires Steel Key from Black 2 for White 2).
Regice is found in the Underground Ruins only after obtaining the Iceberg Key from White 2 (Key not needed in White 2).
Regigigas is found in Twist Mountain only if you have the other three golems in your party.
Creselia is found on the Marvelous Bridge.
Heatran is found in Reversal Mountain.
Until February 12th Keldeo is available through an event.
All other legendaries must be traded for or migrated.
