I bought HG from America, but live in Europe, and I wonder if someone know which codes are more safe to use, the American ones or the European ones?

If your game is a North American version, then only North American codes will work, European version codes will only work on European versions of the game. That being said, no codes are "safe" to use. They can all severly damage your save file.

Since your game is from America, you need to use the Codes from America.
