Question for Pokemon Heart Gold
After beating the Pokemon league in johto and travel to kanto, can you sail back and forth between the two? Like to get money from mom, pick up a Pokemon from the day care, etc?

There is no Pokemon League in Johto. You beat the Indigo League in Kanto.
Yes. You can take the Magnet Train (after getting the pass from Copycat in Saffron). You can walk and surf once you reach Viridian. You can fly (fly to the Pokemon League and then to the other region). You can take the ship (certain days only).

You may be able to do this, but I don't really know. I normally travel back and forth between the regions by flying to the Pokemon League and then flying to either region or by using the train/subway in Saffron City.
