Question for Pokemon Heart Gold

Hey Guys
I am based in South Africa and my country doesnt recieve special event Pokemon.
The Pokemon I cannot get are the following;
1. Deoxys
2. Mew
3. Celebi
4. Jirachi
5. Darkrai
6. Shaymin
7. Arceus
8. Manaphy
I also cannot get ActionReply so the AR codes are pretty useless :(

Since you cannot receive Events and don't have an Action Replay, you'll have to obtain those Pokemon by Trade because they cannot be found in the game.

If you Create a New Topic Here, someone might be able to help you with those Pokemon.

That is not true. South African DS games are classified under European regions. This means Pokemon wifi events in Europe also work with the games here in S.A. I know this because I tried it and it worked(I live in S.A).

Just got the event Victini on White.

All of these pokmeon are Event Pokemon but you can trade them with other people via wifi and/or friends.
