Question for Pokemon Heart Gold
How do you level up Pokemon really quickly? I want to get Kyogre and Rayquaza but to do that you need to beat trainer Red. My highest level Pokemon is a level 74 Lugia and his first Pokemon is a level 88 pikachu which KO'ed all my pokemon. Help greatly appreciated!

The only way to Level-Up Pokemon quickly is by facing many trainers.
If you have your Pokemon hold a Lucky Egg, it will earn more Exp in Battles. Lucky Eggs can be found on Wild Chansey.

What is wild Chansey? Is it in Kanto?

Chansey can be found on Route 13, 14, and 15 (Kanto). The best place to find one is on Route 13 during a Swarm.

Red is actually surprisingly easy to beat. I've beat him multiple times with Pokemon under level 80. A Ground Type will destroy his Pikachu.
Go through the Elite 4 until you are blue in the face. Rebattle trainers and Gym Leaders. Have your Pokemon hold a Lucky Egg (only obtainable from wild Chansey, very rare). Use Rare Candies.
If you are very desperate, you can trade your team to a different game and train them there. They will get boosted experience until you trade them back, and if they hold a Lucky Egg, they will gain freaky large amounts of experience points. Beware: Trading your team will reset their happinesses.

What I do to level up quickly is to battle Gym Leaders and the Elite Four. Not only will you get lots of EXP, but lots of money as well. Also, if you have a Lucky Egg (which can be found randomly on wild Chansey) give it to the Pokemon you want to gain the most EXP as this item will give it extra EXP after every battle.
