What pokeball do you use to catch entei and raikou there power is really low and raikou is a sleep

I would recommend you use Ultra Balls to catch Entei and Raikou. Try to make them stay in battle by using the move Mean Look.

You can use any type of pokeball. Dusk Balls work great at night and Ultra Balls are always a good idea, but you can use Heavy Balls, Premier Balls, Dive Balls...anything.

You can use a pokeball but if this is the only Pokemon game you play try to catch it at night with a Dusk ball.
