You trade between games like you would trade between HG and SS. Use the wireless trade room in any Pokecenter.

There are two ways to Trade.
You can use the Wireless Communication Center in the Pokemon Center. To do this trade, your DS and the other DS must be within thirty feet of each other.
You can also do Trades via Wi-Fi. If you have Wi-Fi Connection and another person's Friend Code, you two can trade in the Wi-Fi Club in the Pokemon Center.
