Union Cave is a pretty small cave. There are a few trainers in it. It's a pretty simply cave to get through. If you need specific help on how to get through, I'm sure you can find a Video either on this site or on Youtube.

There are only 4 exits. One you entered through, two are inaccessable without Surf, and the fourth is almost a straight line south of the entrance.
