You can use an escape rope to get out it's in the items part when you click on the bag keep going to the next page of items until you see it, if not use teleport if one of your party Pokemon have that move all you have to do is click on Pokemon to see your party Pokemon and click on all of the Pokemon that show up next to the moves there is a move that is in blue next to the normal moves SORRY FOR BEING PARANOID BY GIVING ALL THE DETAILS JUST MAKING SURE SORRY CAP LOCKS ARE PLAYING UP.
