Question for Pokemon Heart Gold
In a previous answer it stated '...winning the in game lottery at the Goldenrod Radio Tower...' how do I get all the numbers to match to recieve a Master Ball? Thank you my gaming friends and Poke-fans!

It's all luck. Trade with as many people as you can. The lottery lady will even check your PC boxes. The number will not change if you save before talking to the lottery lady and reset it. I think I've won once.
