Question for Pokemon Heart Gold
Hi,my son cannot find any grunts in the goldenrod tunnel. He cannot get past the policeman on the first floor of the radio tower. He tells him that a gang has taken over the second floor. I have read all of the q & a for passing the sleeping snorlax but my son cannot get past still. How do you know if the rocket grunts are in charge of the radio tower or is this the gang that the policeman refers to?

You have to defeat 7 gym leaders first, so make sure he defeated
Falkner, Bugsy, Whitney, Morty, Chuck, Jasmine, Pryce.
