Poliwhirl to poliwrath - Waterstone
Arcanine to groudoun - Impossible

Poliwirl to politoed- Trade w/ King's rock
Poliwhirl to poliwrath- Water stone
Arcanine to groudon- two seperate Pokemon not physically possible

Trade poliwhirl with king's rock (politoed), use water stone on poliwhirl (poliwrath), arcanine cannot evolve.
