Just go inside the Daycare building, there go to the counter and talk to the old lady. She'll ask you if you want her to take care of one of your Pokemon. Say yes and you'll be switched to your Pokemon team. Just pick the Pokemon you want to leave in the Daycare from your team. A little heads up though, the longer you leave Pokemon in the Daycare the more it'll cost to take them out.
