Question for Pokemon Heart Gold

Hi,I can't evolve my RIOLU(I got it from trading it from Platinum)and I have it to level 40!! I went to Mt. Silver and I did the thing where you put a Pokemon in then switch out and defeat it up to level 21. Then I went to the Pokemon Leauge and put the Exp.share as his item and got him to level 35. After that,I leveled it up 3 levels and now it still hasn't evolved!! What do I do?!?!?!?

You have to keep it in the first of your party for a long time. XD It doesn't evolve by level, but rather happiness, I believe. You have to make the thing happy before it will do anything for you as far as evolving goes.

Feed it proteins give it a soothe bell and keep it in your party for a long time. Then level it up one. It should help if you have the friendship checker app.

Hello all,
My name is evi and I have a riolu on Pokemon heart gold but he won't evolve. I do it all. I was going to the haircut brothers in goldenrod city, I'm going to daisy in palet town, I'm training with my riolu. But it don't have any effect. And I don't put him in my pc by the pokémon center, and as I battle with trainers or wild Pokemon I don't fail. My riolu is in level 50 and he won't evolve who can help me?

Is has to level up during the day. Whatever you do don't change the clock because all Time based events including this won't happen
