You can make a Pokemon wake up by using:
A Chesto Berry
A Lum Berry
A Awakening
A Full Heal
Full Restore
Heal Powder
Any of these would work if you are trying to wake up a Pokemon.

What Kimmy said, but if in battle. The sleep status lasts 2-4 turns.
