If you are wanting to make Pokemon and such you will need

1) AR DS/DSI
2) Pokesave generator FAQ

download (choose the right game read instruction before download)
then use this site page for the program

if you mean (give it that old style feel) sadly no. but you can get the GB player (This item, when activated, causes the music that plays in the game to change to musical arrangements in the same style as the original Gold )just find the gamefreak worker in celadon apartments and complete his task. or use the pokesave to make the code
