Could I catch the Elite Four's Pokemon with Action Replay?

I've looked everywhere.
I recently got AR from a friend, and I sort of kind of want to catch the Elite Four's Pokemon. Would something bad happen if I did?
Yeah yeah yeah...it's cheating, just play the game... I've beaten HG/SS multiple times already, so I wonder what it'd be like to cheat.
Thank you!

yes with the catch trainer's Pokemon code you can catch the Pokemon you throw the ball at but it is treated as a wild battle and the match will end after

Guest answered:

preetymuch..yeah p.s. i have ss hg too

Guest answered:

It wouldn't be bad. It's impossible to be caught because it works just like a wild pokemon. But, if you KO'd one of the person's pokemon(s), than you capture one of their pokemon, then it'll either say that you've caught the first pokemon the person sent out, or it won't say any name at all. Example: Congrats! You've caught a ! So, it's not anything wrong, really.

When I tried out the code, I caught a trainers Pokemon but I got the fainted one! I think thats how it just works
