How do I get my Pokemon really strong really fast? And I havnt got the exp. Share~!

Hack the game, give them rare candies, swap the weak ones out and battle high level trainers such as the Elite Four, trade them so they'll gain EXP faster, there's just an endless list of things you could do.

you can get the exp share from mr.pokemon for the red scale you got from catching red gyrados. all i can say is train. try victory roadfor weak water pokemon traning. just train where things would be weak to them. hope this helped.
