where do you get a shiny pichu in heart gold
There's a shrine where you can get a spiky eared pichu but you need a shiny pichu somebody please help

I fear the only way was through the Wifi event, you can find someone who got the event and ask them to give it to you through Mystery Gift. BUt if you have an action replay, here is the code that does the event. Just don't forget to press L R when going into a PokeMart.
P.S. If you have the Manager Software for the Action Replay, just copy the code, make a new code, and past in the code sequence and your all done! No need to type it in all manually, here's the code, enjoy!

No one has shiny pichu in GTS and the mystery gift does not exists.

YOu can get a shiny pichu from putting a pikachu with ditto at day care or a female pikachu with compatible Pokemon and day care, and hatch eggs. Catch: Takes time.
