How do I get new moves to Smeargel?
Is it possible to re battle any of the in game double battles?
If you use sketch on a Pokemon in wireless battle, would it then still have the move after coming out from the wireless room? Does it matter if you do a battle over wi-fi or normal connection?

No, you would not be able to keep the move after a wireless battle but you can have a double battle rematch with Tim and Sue or Kay and Tia in the Kanto region. Twins Kay and Tia can be found on route 15 and they will call for a guaranteed rematch on Saturday night. Tim and Sue are on route 13 and will call for a guaranteed rematch on Friday during the day.

I think Sketch will keep the move as it saves after battle.
