Question for Pokemon Heart Gold
If you have already fought the team rockets at the goldenrod radio tower how do you get the security guy that says authorized personnel beyond this point to move so you can access the stairs did my son mess up can it be fixed without starting the game over?if not can someone make an ar code to redo it?

You have to have the team rocket uniform which can be found in the underground.

You have to talk to the Team Rocket Grunt in the Underground path to get the Rocket Uniform.
Also, if you mean the Lavender Town Radio Tower, sorry, you can't get through no matter what.
