how do i get past snorelax in kanto

I already got the expanision card for my pokegear but it doesnt work and it wont let me get it again is there some way I could get it again without restarting the game and or cheating or am I going to have to wait for a walk through walls cheat to come out and use it to walk through snorelax?

Try to look around the top of the radio card's circle thing

Tune your radio to the northmost area of the frequency modulator. That will access the Pokemon Flute. Use this and then talk to Snorlax to battle. Good luck.

If your looking for the poke flute then it is located in the top right corner of your poke radio. If you play it near snorlax he will wake up and attack you.

The Poke Flute Channel is in the upper right part of the Poke Gear Radio. Once you have a strong signal, exit the Pokegear and press A while facing Snorlax which will start the battle.
